As a therapist, I offer online therapy to adults in Washington State, providing a genuine and supportive space for clients to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing changes in their lives, whether in their relationships, with themselves, with family, or in terms of motivation and managing anxiety and grief. I use client-centered therapy, meaning I serve as a facilitator and guide, helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment.

I use a variety of techniques and interventions, such as active listening, reflective questioning, and empathy, to help clients better understand themselves and their experiences. Together, we will identify the tools that fit best into your life and work to build up your healthy coping skills and manage daily anxiety and motivation.

I value regular and consistent weekly sessions to get the most out of our work and meet your goals in a timeline that suits you best. I also incorporate humor into my sessions to help clients feel comfortable and open.

Hi, my name is Jessica Todd and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, reading across a variety of genres, spending time with my dogs, and too many house plants, watching offbeat movies, listening to music, coloring, and bullet journaling.

I received my Masters in Counseling from the University of Colorado and have additional training in grief, women's issues, anxiety, depression, and self-concept. I believe that counseling is for everyone and that it helps create happy, healthy communities.
